This study is an investigation and discussion for the book "Mokhtasar Al-Khesal" for the scholar Ibraheem bin Qais Al-Hamadani. The book has great importance scientifically and unique methodology in his era، which shows a potential Feqh skill، and a solid scientific method. The researcher started with an introduction that included the importance and reasons of selecting the subject، then difficulties.

The study was divided into two parts:

Part One: The study which included three chapters:

Chapter one: Introduction to the author of the book.

Chapter two: Introduction to the book and its methodology.

Chapter three: Investigation works and aspects.

Part two: included the investigation for book according to the accredited scientific controls.

Then، the conclusions and recommendations reached through studying and

investigation.
