Abstract

This dissertation presents an investigation and study of a manuscript by Sheikh Muhammad bin Yusuf Tfayyesh entitled "Anees al-Gharib، wa Jalis al-Arib، in the systems of what has been dispersed from the thread of the meanings of Mughni al-Labib." its provisions"، and deals with the tools and their meanings.

The researcher's effort was divided into two parts، one of which is the study of the manuscript، and the other is the investigation of the system. As for the study of the manuscript، it included an introduction in which she clarified the importance of the subject، the difficulties she faced، and the structure of the study she chose. After the introduction، a chapter introduces Sheikh Tfayyesh and his scientific works، then a second chapter deals with the system and the investigation methodology.

As for the second section on the investigation of the system، the researcher classified the system into chapters that were not in the copies of the manuscript، in order to facilitate understanding of its chapters and issues. The number of chapters was one hundred and five، in addition to an introduction and a conclusion. And the development of these doors came with the help of the doors of Mughni al-Labib. With the different arrangement of the sheikh for some of the chapters and a difference in their number.
