jurisprudence rules through the Sheikh This Research is in the application of Sheikh Ben Sheikh jurisprudence، -Sheikh Bahaj bin Mohammed bin Babha where the research starts from the problematic: What is the method which the prudence? We Sheikh Ibn Sheikh uses in the rules of jurisprudence in his juris have tried to answer them in an introductory topic and five questions which are as :follows.

The introductory topic is an introduction to the science of jurisprudential rules، aracteristics in the which deals with what is the jurisprudential rules and their ch Sheikh of the -Ibadi Doctrine and then through the views of the Sheikh Ibn al jurisprudential rules
