Abstract

Cheikh Mohamed Ben Ali Ben Aissa Debbouz، the son of the most / .. / founder of the charicative association in "berrian"، was born in 1919 and died in 1944. He was the only child of his parents who dedicated his time for knowledge and education. He studied in the schools of Ghardaia، until he moved to Tunis to pursue his higher studies in Ezzaytouna and the institute of Ibn Kheldoun، and after that to Cairo، to which he went on foot. He returned to Algeria with a great knowledge and wisdom، which led him to become a teacher in the "hayet" institute، in addition to writing. He is the author of 11 books، including " The history of the Great Maghreb"، one that counts as a historical enceclopedia.
