Summary

The Algerian south was not isolated from the political and scientific changes that the country witnessed during the twentieth century، and the evidence for that is its contribution to the events that the country was experiencing، since change and the elimination of French colonization will take place only with the change of mishandles، and in keeping with society what is happening in the world.
