ملخص:

تبحث الدراسة منهج الشيخ اطفيش في التعامل مع السنة النبوية، وتوضح جهود هذا العالم الجزائري في تحقيقاته البديعة وتعليقاته المفيدة التي نثرها في العديد من مؤلفاته، في دراسة أكاديمية.

كما تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز اجتهاداته في جانب السنة وعلومها مع مقارنتها بقواعد علم الحديث وتكمن أهمية البحث في الحاجة إلى دراسة الفكر الحديثي عند هذا الشيخ باعتباره أحد علماء المدرسة الإباضية الذين كتبوا في هذا الفن منفتحاً على باقي علماء الأمة، وإجابته على إشكالات لا تزال مثار جدل بين بعض المعاصرين.

Abstract:

The study examines the Sheikh Tfayyesh approach in dealing with the Sunnah، and this explains the Muslim world's efforts in the investigation magnificent and useful comments that scattered in many of his works، in an academic study.

The study also aims to highlight the part of his efforts in the sunna، compared with the rules of hadith sciences.

The importance of research in the need to study modern thought when the Sheikh as an Ibadi school who have written in this art، open to the rest of the scientists، and answer problematic still controversial among some contemporaries.

Résumé:

L'étude examine l'approche de Sheikh Tfayyech dans le traitement de la Sunna. Elle clarifie les efforts de ce savant algérien، montre ses enquêtes et ses commentaires utiles dans cette matière; ceci apparait dans plusieurs de ses œuvres. Dans une étude académique.

L'analyse vise également à mettre en évidence les applications du savant dans la branche de la sunna et de ses savoirs، en étudiant ses similitudes avec la science de el hadith.

L'importance de cette étude، réside dans le besoin d'analyser la pensée de ce Cheikh، savant de l'école ibadite qui a écrit dans cet art، c'etait un personnage ouvert au reste des scientifiques du monde musulman، qui à son époque déjà، soulevait des problèmatiques encore controversées chez certains de nos contemporains.
