Summary of The Thesis

This scientific thesis deals with the study and criticism of the ethodology of Shaikh Hood Ben Mohkam Al-Hawaari .. a subject which deserves research and study، especially that Shaikh Ben Mohkam proclaims the Abaadi doctrine and in some of his principles he disagrees with the beliefs of the Sunna and the Group eople.

In order to focus on the methodology of the interpreter and determine the strengths and weaknesses in this interpretation and discuss them، it was necessary to make this interpretation and search in it for the issues handled by the interpreter.

The thesis consists of a preamble، five chapters and a conclusion.

The Preamble deals with the talk about the conditions of the Abbaside State in of that age on the methodology of interpreters in general. the third century from the political، social، cultural and scientific aspects in general، and the talk about the Rostomite State in particular، throwing light on the reflections

The First Chapter deals with the translation of the interpreter and his doctrine، the ruling of Islam with respect to Khawarij (= dissidents: the oldest religious sect of Islam) and the existence of the Abaadiyah today.

The Second Chapter is the methodology of the interpreter in interpreting the proverb and its sources. It included an introduction to the book of interpretation، its importance and the attachment of the book to his owner، together with glimpses in the introduction of his interpretation، explaining his methodology in the interpretation of the Hold Koran، the Sunna of the Prophet، the sayings of the Companions and Followers of the Prophet Mohammed as well as the interest of the interpreter in the Israelities and the methodology of the interpreter in the Koran sciences and recitations.

The Third Chapter deals with the methodology of the interpreter in the interpretation of the verses of the belief، with what of them agrees and disagrees with the Sunna people، and discussing them.
