I investigated the eleventh chapter of the manuscript of restriction and abbreviation، where it deals with the discussion of: sales and their types، the mortgage and proof and in devision، intercession، and what is similar to this، and a very small part of the twelfth chapter، where it deals with the discussion of those who do not have control over their affairs

from orphans and their like Mosques and their likes، and what is permissible for the one in charge of that order and what is not permissible، and about the teacher and what he take from

the school's money، and about rents، sittings، and the

meanings of that.
