منهج الشيخ بيوض في الاجتهاد الفقهي

Concerning his methodology in applying jurisprudence، it was shown his way in application of judgments in reality، the way in using legal rules to preserve the aim of Allah in that judgment، the interest is obtained by the Muslim، these ways are shown clearly in considering the raison، the aim and the convention. I have tackled in each way fikh applications by cheihk's opinions and fatwa. It was demonstrated his solid methodology in applying jurisprudence.

I have presented a real model in application of Charia judgments in reality; it was shown vivacity of this methodology، its effectiveness in application of Charia laws، its necessity to the moufti، its interest in any da'awa project.

Concerning his methodology in textual contradiction، it was demonstrated that text reconciliation is prior then neglecting one of them، following the majority of Hadith scholars and some of usul scholars، as I studied his rules in comparison of scholars' judgments within both Ibhadite doctrine and other Islamic doctrines.

As a summary، cheikh Bayoud's jurisprudence was a model of Ibhadite jurisprudence scholars، he deduced that he endeavored to serve this doctrine in terms of content and methodology. He also spared no effort to apply usul fikh rules in order to cover his time's causes of Charia and reform the reality according to islamic fikh laws، thus we can say that jurisprudence fikh was a means of social reform، and a minor project included within cheikh Bayoud's renaissance major project.
