After compliments.

Sheikh Isa arrived here yesterday and informed me of all

your replies.

I too have to give you the same xapites reply as that given by by Sheikh Ist، namely that the Forts will not be returned (to the Sultan of Mascat) as the 'Shara' does not permit it.

If you wish to see justice done، you will kindly agree to what

we have put before you.
