I have received Testers

•from shiokh Tse bin 8 alah protesting that the tax on animaly is against the Treaty made between the Musoat Covernment and the Gmanis by Mr. Wingate. Mille not admitting thin' I am inclined to think that in order that the peaceful relations now existing between the Musort Dovernment and the Omanis should continue and that trad between Muscat and omen should not be interrupted or diminished it will be better If Your Honours can see your way to remove this tax.
