The title of this thesis is Al-Imam Abu Mohamad Abdullah bin Mohamad Bin Barka Who died in 362 of the bhegira and his jutistic role in Al-ebadyya school through his book "Aljam 9".

The main objectives for choosing this subject:

To identify the Juristic hertage of Al-ebadyya school which still unknown for many scholars moreover to common people.

To study jurisprudence's concepts of Al-Iman Ibn Barka in "Al jam 9" book which considrs one of his best Jurstic book، and clarification of jurisprudence's characteristics of Ibn Barka in order to understand the juristic dimension at Al ebadyya juristic school in the fourth century of the hegria.

To connect between Ibn Barka's jurisprudence and other Jurists's Jurisprudence to compare his Juristic opinions with other Jurists.
