The first chapter: its title is "the period of Al-Imam Ibn Barka" the scholar divided it into two parts.

The first part: The scholar dealt with Al-Imam Ibn Barka period، where as he talked about the political، social، and academic life in (OMAN) the homeland of Al Imam Ibn Barka، at that time. in terms of the reign policy، academic prosperity،and social classes at that time.

The second part: The Scholar discussed the personal life of Al-Imam Ibn Barka by mentioning his name، surname، lineage، his date of birth and death، and his place of rise، also the scholar dealt with his academic life by showing his starts or seeking for knowledge and mentioning his instructors and students as well as his status and academic remains.

The second chapter: its title is "juristic role of Al-Imam Ibn Barka throughout his book ?ljam 9" the scholar divided it into three parts:

The first part: the scholar reviewed "Aljam 9" book in terms of its importance and category and compared it with other of Al-ebadyya juristic books as well as the inferential methodology in his book "Aljam 9"، that he reviewed his fundamental opinions and giving examples from the jurisprudence branches.

The Second part: The scholar mentioned thorugh it the juristic rules which presented in "Alam 9" book and chose some of these rules in order to compare them with other Islamic Jurists opinions.
