b) He states the "Ibadia" point of view regarding many rules items، where the followers of Islamic schools have waited along time until this school has stated it's point of view about it، with realizing that there were many writings at "Ibadia" that preceded this book، but most of which is still lines، which hasn't been yet used usefully، and the other part printed without the sufficient attention to revise، correct، and discuss it.

c) The book has given an apparent view of the righteous perspective of "Ibadia" towards the Islamic parties and schools.

- And because of the importance gained by "Fosoul Al-Ausoul"، I'm determined to discuss، investigate، and study it، where I'm asking for God's help. My work took the steps of:

1. An introduction: where I revealed the reasons behind choosing the subject، and the methodology of my research.

2. A preparation: Where I stated the extent of the "Ibadia" concern about religion rules.

3. The first chapter: Where I issued a study of the author and the book، and I divided it into two categories:

- The first category: where it talks about the author in terms of his parenthood، birth، era، teachers، followers، qualities، and death.

- The second category: where it discusses the book in terms of the title، attribution to author، subjects، its sources، the author's methodology، and copying it.

The second chapter: The investigation of the book، by stating Quranic verses and Suna and poetry evidences، and the biography of scientists and schools، parties، and books. Also there is an interpretation of some terms and words، and
