Sheikh Mohammed Ali Dabouz is considered one of the great Algerian historians، and a source of Ibadi history، where he bore the burden of writing the history of Algeria and the Maghreb alike، especially after independence، where the history of ambiguity and question question puzzled the reader. Recognizing the importance of historical writing، Sheikh Mohammed Ali Debbouz pursued a methodology that the past was the starting point for building the present.He addressed many historicalquestions and inaccuracies that were surrounded by historical ambiguities regarding the history of Algeria and Morocco، and refuted them، while proved historical facts.
