financial matters were related to the Algerian treasury that was under the guardianship of the colonial administration، in addition to the fiscal system that tired the Algerian population، and the international economic crisis 1929، and its effects on the Algerian economy، that pushed the Algerians to think to create banks، all the way of talking about the colonial economic policy in Algeria in the period between the two wars. Then، the thesis moved to the social questions like the social reform، the social unity، and the evaluation of some immoral traits، the social evolution، health، youth and women. Then، it was the part of the cultural questions. The thesis treated the subject of teaching with its two kinds: the free Arabic and the official French، then the technical education that Abi Elyakdan was one of the supporters. The thesis also treated the creation of the associations، clubs، schools and everything that has a relation with education. All are revealing aspects of the cultural and literary revolution in Algeria، in addition، those subjects treated the support of the Arab press by citing some of the aspects of the cultural revolution like the preoccupation towards the use of the Arabic، the creation of the printing and the north African Muslim students congress. Finally، the thesis treated the religious question by starting by combating the politics of evangelization، the appeal to the unity among the religious groups and the struggle against the immoral practices in addition to facing the ways opposing the reforming movement.

At the end of the thesis، we get the answer to the principal problem proposed in the introduction، to its secondary problems too، because it contains a number of conclusions concerning the Cheikh Abi Elyakdan، his eight newspapers، the political questions that he treated either by support or opposition، also the economic social، cultural and religious questions، and the proposal of horizons of future research.
