الملخص:

أحدثت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي طفرة غير مسبوقة في التواصل الإنساني، وإن من بين أهم خدماتها الأكثر جذبا للجمهور من كافة الفئات العمرية؛ المحادثة الالكترونية بكافة أنواعها الكتابية، الصوتية، وأكثرها محاكاة للتواصل وجها لوجه المحادثة المرئية، فأزالت بذلك كافة الأبعاد المكانية والزمانية والثقافية بين تخدميها، وكان لا بد لهذه الطفرة من مفرزات وآثار على الحياة الواقعية للأفراد، فالمحادثة الالكترونية الخاصة - بين طرفين من جنسين مختلفين تشبه في صورتها الخلوة المحرمة في الواقع، مما جعلها محل اهتمام علماء الشريعة للنظر في مدى تحقق معنى الثانية في الأولى، وقد اختلفوا في ذلك إلى فريقين. ويأتي هذا المقال لبيان وجه الحق في المسألة وتقديم تكييفها الفقهي وفق النظر الأصولي المقاصدي.

Abstract

Unprecedentedly، social media have generated a leap in human communication، whereby people of all ages were mostly attracted by its significant service of written and vocal online communication; and more by face-to-face online conversation which eliminate all spatial، temporal and cultural dimensions among users. Yet، this consequently impact people`s real world. An example is two individuals of different genders having a private online conversation، which resembles the forbidden privacy in real life. Scholars of Sharia were attracted by the discussed issue and stepped forward to consider an ascertainment for it. As a result، to views appeared. Hence، this article at your disposal will handle the issue as well as provide a jurisprudenial adjustment based on principals of jurisprudence and Sharia intends
