treatment of these scientists of his contemporaries for this field and their less attention towards it. So، the book was suitable for the era، where the author lived. He also used the comparative method، where he states the views of Islamic scientists، regardless to their schools، in a gentle style far away from fanaticism، and in a straight expression far apart from complexion and imposition.

The author has also followed the late rulers method as being his methodology in the book، he hasn't also gone deeper in argumentative discussion، and he never neglected jurisprudence categories، but they were never to be considered the basis of laws as found in the Hanafian method. Although، this book is dependent on "Jamie' Al-Juamie"، it is independent in opinion، where it accepts what is approved according to it، even it approves a matter، contradicting the majority of his school scientists.

The author has divided his book into an introduction، seven (sub) books، and a conclusion. The introduction deals with some jurisprudence terms and verbal cases. For the first book، it's dedicated to deal with the holy book items، especially the meaningfully aspirated، and perceived evident، linguistic items such as synonymity and vocabulary parcing، meanings of some letters، joint، donnotation، metaphor، and rejoinment meaning، and where it is considered donnotation، and its semantic domain، and its rule، and the interruption of rejoinment whether it points out a prohibition against it، and the meaning of prohibition، where does it point the falsity of the prohibited item. Then، it deals with the general concept and what is related to it from items such as its semantic domain and vocabulary، then specialization and stating specialized items related and non-related. Then، it deals with the free and limited concept and their rules، then the similar and identical rules and the difference between them، the meaning of copying and what is related to it and what its rules are were all discussed.
